These documents are being prepared for Northstone. The operator’s legal identity, operating policies, and applicable regional requirements must be confirmed before they become effective. They do not amend an existing agreement or certify compliance.
Regional responsibilities
The documents address Canada’s PIPEDA, Québec’s Law 25 and language requirements, the EU’s GDPR and AI Act, California privacy and AI laws, and applicable accessibility frameworks. Coverage depends on the service, customer region, and the role of each party. A policy page supports transparency; operational controls and legal review are also required.
